Yoga De-Stress

'De-stress with Yoga' is a Stress Awareness workshop that includes an educational component and introduces you to all the yoga poses that are effective for stress reduction.

Presented by Sydel Weinstein this workshop is suitable for individuals new to yoga and experienced, and is designed for anyone who wants to reduce stress levels. Attendees receive a take home program of a simple De-stress with Yoga routine, an information package and resources.

Bring 'De-stress with yoga' to your school, workplace or organization as part of your Mental Health and Well Being care plan; excellent for PD days. Sydel is also available for consultation on reducing stress levels in your workplace environment.

In times of stress we often adopt coping strategies that are counter-productive and eventually add to the destructive impact of ongoing stress on the body and mind. A simple yet effective yoga routine practiced daily can give you the means to relax and renew enabling you to meet the challenges of modern life more easily.
