Mindfulness training is a basic life skill that everyone can benefit from. Worldwide, mindfulness is being taught in hospitals (particularly in the field of pain management), schools, prisons, workplaces and corporations, parenting centres, mental health and wellness centres and incorporated into sports training programs. The FNC is very excited to offer our mindfulness courses to Western Australia.
This course is available as four progressive workshops which can be booked individually or as a package. Private sessions are also available. Yoga and Mindfulness Training can be adapted to meet your particular needs and interests...
